Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may be denied or partially refunded.

Non-returnable Items

Opened personal care products, perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable digital items, and custom or personalized products (unless faulty) cannot be returned.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
